At Intimico, we process privacy-sensitive data, also known as personal data. We attach great importance to the careful handling of personal data. Personal data is therefore carefully processed and secured by us.

When using our webshop, we obtain certain data about you. We only store and use personal data that you provide directly to us.

For registration, we store:

• Email address
• Password (encrypted)

For orders, we also store:

• Street name and house number
• Postal code and city

• Date and time of order

In addition to information on our website, we may inform you about our new products and services via email or other communication channels.

This only happens when you have given explicit consent. This consent can always be withdrawn.

We may engage other parties in the processing of your data. Insofar as these other parties process data on behalf of Intimico's services, they do so as a processor and we have concluded a processing agreement with these parties.

We do not provide your data to third parties, unless this is necessary for the execution of the agreement (for example, to our shipping partner) or if required by law.

Our webshop uses cookies. When you visit our webshop for the first time, a notice is shown explaining why and for what purpose we use these cookies.

We use functional and non-functional cookies. For the use of non-functional cookies, we always ask for your consent. You can also disable functional cookies through your browser, but please note that the website may not work optimally.

We use Google Analytics to track how visitors use our webshop. We have concluded a processing agreement with Google to make agreements about the handling of our data.

Furthermore, we have not allowed Google to use the obtained Analytics information for other Google services. All IP addresses of measured traffic are anonymized.

We take careful security measures to limit misuse of and unauthorized access to personal data. These measures are part of our processes and are reviewed periodically.

The personal data described above is retained for as long as necessary to process your orders, including warranty.

After that, we retain your data for a maximum of one year for statistical purposes. The data is then deleted, unless there is a legal obligation that requires longer retention (such as the fiscal retention obligation of seven years for payment data).

Our shop also contains links to websites of other parties. Although we carefully select these relationships, we are not responsible for the processing of your data via these websites. This privacy statement does not apply to them.

We reserve the right to make changes to this privacy statement. Therefore, regularly check this page for any updates.

You have the right to view, correct, or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to:

• Withdraw your consent for data processing
• Object to the processing of your personal data
• Request data portability

You can submit a request via info@intimico.nl. To ensure that the request was made by you, we ask you to include a copy of your ID. Please black out your photo, MRZ, passport number, and citizen service number. We will respond to your request within four weeks.
